Traditional stone house in the heart of the village of Erresos. Close by to all amenities including tavernas, shops, bars, chemist and post office. Walking trails and nature are in abundance and on your doorstep. The house is tucked away down a series of little cobbled streets though parking is less than 100 metres away.
Certainly the house needs some care and attention (and yes, some money spending on it too) but it's still a bargain.
It's not as bad as it looks! Once renovated you have a traditional Greek house with a private courtyard, mature fruit trees and stunning views.
KITCHEN: This is located in the basement and it's certainly cool. Very low ceiling this is as traditional as it gets. It's a good sized space with a further room adjacent. This could be knocked into one large kitchen/diner or there's potential to keep the two rooms and use one as a bathroom.
UPSTAIRS: There are two rooms upstairs divided by a small landing. This area is reached by a steep stone staircase which is located in the courtyard. There are large, exposed wooden floorboards throughout. One room has the original, large open fireplace...it's lovely! The second room would make a good sized double bedroom. Both of these rooms have really beautiful views across the mountains.
OUTSIDE AREA: This is a large area which really wouldn't take much to clear. It is a very private, secluded area which would be perfect for outdoor dining. There are mature trees including pomegranate and fig.
